We believe wine should speak for itself. While large-scale producers chase consistency year after year, blending away character and relying on additives to replicate a formula, we choose a different path.
Our wines are sourced directly from the winery; rescued from forgotten lots full of potential. We age them in oak, but never hide behind shortcuts or artificial enhancements. No additives, no flavor agents, no manipulation.
Every bottle we release is a reflection of its origin and its year. Raw, honest and unapologetically unique. Wine is the result of living grapes and a living landscape, which is why every vintage carries its own taste and personality. It’s meant to tell a story and we’re here to give it a second chance.

Our bottles
Each bottle is more than wine, it’s a portrait of a place and a moment in time. On the back label, we tell the story of the grape and its character, shaped by the year it was grown: the rain and the sun, the heat and the soil and the winds that passed through the vineyard.
Our goal is to release some single varietals, wines made from one grape alone, so you can truly get to know its unique personality. No bottle is ever the same, because no year is ever the same. Each description lets you connect with the wine you’re drinking. Honest, unmasked, and inseparable from its origin.
About me
My name is Emma Jansson and I am 24 years old. I’ve always been fascinated by wine and the wine industry. An endless subject, full of complexity and nuance.
The idea for this venture was born during a blending session of around 50 wines, as a winery was preparing its next release. Several wines that I personally found remarkable were rejected. Not because they lacked quality, but because they didn’t fit the producer’s style that year. It then became clear that these discarded wines would be sold off as bulk wine.
That was the moment when my idea took shape. I realized there was an opportunity to rescue what had been left behind and let it speak for itself. I’ve always had a strong drive to start my own business, but I also believe you need a genuine passion for the field you choose. This brand is the result of my interest in the wine industry combined with a strong determination to build something of my own.
